How about you?
Nothing I don't love about this!
What an awesome way to update Windsor chairs! Nothing too country rooster about this look.
I LIKE.
Dabbling in orange and succeeding!
I like all the citrus-brites in this room
(and the hallway right outside!)
This room and hallway are fab examples of using similar color values.
They did a great job, right??!
Wow, check out the sheen on those walls!
Coveting the yellow chair...
Green:
Yes, Please, and Thank You!
Navy accents help give this room more dimension.
I think it's so great they went with a brown wood table rather than white!
Not afraid of some color accents here
What's the most daring color you've ever attempted in your house?
Do you tend to gravitate more toward neutrals? Trust me I understand. It can be scary doing wide swaths of color.
For the past few months I've been compulsively collecting paint chips any time I'm in a store that sells paint. I have a pretty nice little library going! Ooh la-la.
Time to organize them into color coded envelopes!
Let me tell you: there are a LOT of great colors out there!
So many that I'm wishing I could repaint every room in the house.
Last week after my clutter post, my new friend and fellow bloggerista
Ann, of Daily AnnTidote sent me pic of her old apartment, to show me her layering expertise:
Well the color's great too!
What a great red, Ann! Thanks for sharing with us.
I like how the walls match the little hat that the girl is wearing in the print on the left.
