Branch centerpieces

a-ha
hmm
yes
good advice, why thank you pinterest for your surfeit of adorable little sayings

Simple is always better when it comes to design. Didn't your mama teach you not to guild the lily?

I love the simplicity of the branches and old pitcher...
Branches: back yard
(or neighbor's, whatever works)
Pitcher: fitty cents at the G Will
(trying to be hip-with-it)
(is it working? no?)

Moving on to our next ejemplo...
This is a whole other can o' worms but the picture made me think it so: The other day we were talking at work about white rooms. A house that my boss had re-done with lots of color had been completely repainted --- all white--- and she was shocked but call me crazzzzy I kind of like the idea...

but that will be another post.

Don't you love this look?
I do.

Yes, I love the look of the simple branches. I just need to learn to simplify. Hugs, Marty

Can you please tell me what kind of flowers they are? I'd love to use them in my wedding but I don't know what they are. They look like forsythia but I thought forsythia had brown stems because it comes from a bush.

Wow, it's really wonderful. Seemed like an all-in-one centerpieces for all occasion. Is it possible to just get any plants with branches and roots instead of your example?
